If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be damaged or not as advertised.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for an exchange, please send us an email to with a photograph(s) of the item showing the damage within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Shipping costs for Returns and Exchanges are at your expense and are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item(s) over the value of £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to cover the cost of the item. Any return / exchange items which have not been received by the appropriate company above, which have no proof of shipping will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
