Hey guys, So I often get asked for resources on improving mindset so I wanted to dedicate a page to share it with you. These are some of the ones I have come across in the past few years. This page will get updated as I continue learning!
I started listening to audiobooks whilst mucking out and it's now a great habit of mine. So most of these books I have listened to on audiobook but they also come in book form.

The people we surround ourselves with makes a huge difference to our outlook on life and our mindset. Here are a few of my main influencers.
God - I wouldn't be being true to myself if I didn't mention this. Reading one verse from the bible in 2016 led me to find my purpose and also find an incredible relationship with God. My journey as a Christian has taught me more about mindset and self-development than anything else. The book above titled 'Mere Christianity' by C.S.Lewis is an incredible insight into Christianity whether you are a believer or not.
Gary Vaynerchuck - This guy is very smart when it comes to business, social media but also mindset.
Ted talks - A Keynote speech platform (Youtube) - I have not found a topic they haven't covered with a Ted talk. There are thousands of incredible speeches on here.
Jim Rohn - His book is above but I feel he needs a special mention as he was the first influencer I was guided to. He is incredibly inspirational and has lots of videos on youtube.
Lewis Howes - Lewis Howes has a podcast called 'The school of greatness' where he interviews some of the most inspiring people to walk this planet. He is also very inspiring himself so definitely check him out.
Google - If I am struggling with something, Google is always there! There are hundreds of thousands of articles on all different topics, just type whatever it is you want to improve into the search bar!
So this is an insight into some of the factors that helped me change my mindset from always problem focused, to solution-focused!
ENJOY and I would love to hear your stories about developing your mindset.
